Community rules
This is a friendly space for people on the path to Australian citizenship. Every post and comment is reviewed before it appears. These rules explain what gets approved.
1. Be kind and respectful
Everyone is at a different stage, and English may be their second language. No insults, mocking, discrimination or political arguments. Disagree politely.
2. Share experience, not official advice
Tell people what happened to you. Don't present it as legal or migration advice. For your own situation, check immi.homeaffairs.gov.au or a registered migration agent (search the OMARA register).
3. Protect everyone's privacy
Don't post visa grant numbers, ImmiAccount or passport details, addresses, phone numbers or photos of documents, yours or anyone else's. Post anonymously if you prefer.
4. No ads, spam or paid services
No selling, referral links, paid tutoring, or promoting agents and businesses. Never offer or ask for real test questions or answers.
5. Stay on topic
Posts should be about life in Australia, the citizenship test, paperwork and your journey. Off-topic posts may be declined.
6. Vietnamese or English, both welcome
Write in the language you're comfortable with. Choose the language tag so others can find your post.
How moderation works
- Every new post and comment waits for approval. Editing a published post sends it back for review.
- If something is declined, you'll see the reason on your Journey page and can edit and resubmit it.
- If three people report a post or comment, it's hidden until it's reviewed again.
- Breaking these rules repeatedly may mean your posts are no longer approved.
